Case officer vacancies
The Lifespan Pathway Community Learning Disability Teams (CLDTs) work together to provide an efficient and high performing service to adults aged 26+ with a learning disability in Kent.
Case officers work in partnership with individuals open to the CLDT and their support networks to help improve outcomes for people with a learning disability and promote independence. Case officers work within the Client Support Service which monitors, reviews and undertakes non-urgent casework for the CLDTs.
As a case officer you will:
- be offered a comprehensive induction and development plan
- receive regular supervision and support
- make a positive difference to the lives of people who may not know about the support and resources that are available to them
- help people with a learning disability live as independently as possible.
It is possible to progress to qualified, registered practitioner level through our qualification support routes, including apprenticeship degrees when available in 2019.
