Case officer vacancies

The Lifespan Pathway Community Learning Disability Teams (CLDTs) work together to provide an efficient and high performing service to adults aged 26+ with a learning disability in Kent.

Case officers work in partnership with individuals open to the CLDT and their support networks to help improve outcomes for people with a learning disability and promote independence. Case officers work within the Client Support Service which monitors, reviews and undertakes non-urgent casework for the CLDTs.

As a case officer you will:

  • be offered a comprehensive induction and development plan
  • receive regular supervision and support
  • make a positive difference to the lives of people who may not know about the support and resources that are available to them
  • help people with a learning disability live as independently as possible.

It is possible to progress to qualified, registered practitioner level through our qualification support routes, including apprenticeship degrees when available in 2019.

We work in partnership with the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) to provide jobs in Kent.
