Peters village

This scheme provides sustainable links from the new Peters Village development to Aylesford and Maidstone, by connecting with the Medway Towpath.

Improvements to the public rights of way network in this area involve upgrading footpaths to bridleways, improving the surface and creating equestrian access.

Routes have been widened to make sure there is good accessibility for all users. Overgrown vegetation has been cleared to create a valuable, attractive and accessible link for leisure and commuting.

It is due to be completed in spring 2020.
