Known accessibility issues

As part of our commitment to accessibility we are required to publish where we know there are issues with our website.

If you would like more detailed information on our assessments please contact us.

Website wide issues

PDF documents

Our site features downloadable files such as PDFs and Word documents, some of which may not meet accessibility standards. We plan to fix these documents or replace them with accessible alternatives by September 2020.

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018, unless they are essential to providing our services.

Older video content embedded on our website may not meet accessibility standards: They may not feature subtitles, audio-description or offer a written transcript.

Any video added to our site since August 2019 will meet accessibility regulations, and all video content will be fully compliant by 23 September 2020.

We use YouTube and Vimeo to embed video onto our webpages: We are not responsible for the accessibility of YouTube or Vimeo’s platforms.
