Bold Steps for Radical Reform document

KCC Leader Paul Carter has published a discussion document that sets out to empower local government at every level. It could potentially save up to £21 billion of public money.

The Kent Agreement brings Kent Partners together to work for the people of the county with the aim of increasing independence and raising personal fulfilment.
