The number of housing completions and rates of development for each local authority in Kent is available from annual Housing Information Audit (HIA) monitoring reports.  These reports also provide information on the past, present and future housing land supply set against policy requirements.

House prices, homelessness, dwelling stock and council tax data is gathered from a variety of independent reliable sources and is a valuable source of supplimentary information to the monitoring reports.
