Gateway - the future
As of 2009 there are eight Gateway located
in high-streets and town-centres across Kent. There is
a total of 16 planned, including three Mobile Gateway for
hard-to-reach and urban communities, by 2012.
Work will also be ongoing to enable both telephone and online
access to public services to be as positive an experience, as
efficient and user-friendly, as face-to-face access via Gateway
is.
