The Welfare Advice Service is a community interest company that aims to help people claim the benefits they are entitled to. It is a not-for-profit company.

Drop in or make an appointment to find out what you might be missing out on, what is going on with the benefit system and how to get support.

You need to make the appointment by calling 0845 345 0310 between 1pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
