Disclosure Log

Our Disclosure Log is a record of all completed requests for information that we have received and dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004. It details what information we were asked for, the number of days it took us to deal with the request and, if we withheld some or all of the information, our reasons for doing so.

We have also published performance statistics about the requests received and annual statistics summaries.
