If there is an obstruction on the road, we need to know. We need to clear obstructions so that we can:

• keep the road safe
• keep traffic moving normally

Who should you contact?

If the obstruction is on a motorway or trunk road (such as the A2), contact the Highways Agency (link opens in a new window)

If the obstruction is on any other public road in Kent, use our online fault reporting form (link opens in a new window). You will require an e-mail address to complete an online report - if you do not have an e-mail address please call 08458 247 800.

What kind of obstruction should I tell you about?

Tell us about anything that you think could be a danger to road users, or could hold up traffic.
