Bad weather conditions

Weather conditions are unpredictable, with the occurrence and severity varying considerably throughout the winter. To ensure we provide the best possible service for Kent, our winter service period operates from mid October to mid April. From ice and snow to flooding and strong winds, we are on standby to respond to the potential incidents that can affect our roads, taking the necessary steps to keep Kent's roads running smoothly and safely.

In the event of bad weather conditions, we will action a combination of salting or snow ploughing, and send timely warnings out to drivers via local broadcast stations.
