3.46 The following sections set down Kent County Council’s transport policies. These policies set out KCC's position and aims for specific transport modes, and on specific issues and problems. The way in which the policies and objectives deliver each of the shared priorities is discussed in each policy section. Annex 1 contains a table showing a full list of links between actions, objectives, and the shared priorities. In the remainder of this Chapter, the policies have been grouped initially under the shared priorities and then under the other main priorities for transport in Kent.
