Walking and exercise programmes
Search for support and activities to help you to be more active. We offer:
Health walks: Short walks to help you to get active and meet new people. They're perfect if you are recovering from illness or just need a bit of extra motivation to take more exercise. Walks last 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Exercise referral: 12-week personal exercise programme for people aged 16 and over who have a medical condition, or are recovering from an illness or operation. Classes include gym programmes, yoga, pilates and swimming, and we have a range of local providers – just pick the one that suits you.
