Fresh start: A free programme to help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight. No more yo-yo dieting, just sensible, practical support and advice. Join a local group or get one-to-one support.
Health walks: Short walks to help you to get active and meet new people. They're perfect if you are recovering from illness or just need a bit of extra motivation to take more exercise. Walks last 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Health trainers: NHS Health Trainers can support you to make the small changes that can make a big difference. Whether you want to quit smoking, lose weight or generally feel better, we can offer you up to six free, one-to-one sessions.
