To apply for a licence or permit, make a booking or request information, choose the form you need from the list below:

Business

• Approved suppliers form - for businesses wishing to be considered as preferred contractors to Kent County Council.
• Checking weights and measures - Trading Standards will check measuring equipment for businesses and individuals.

Comments, complaints and compliments

• General feedback - use this form to contact us about any aspect of our services whether you are a business or a member of the public.

Environment, buildings and archaeology

• Archaeological information - you can request archaeological information from the SMR about areas of historic interest.
• Archaeology services - you can arrange a time to view archaeological reports and aerial photographs at the council offices.
• Public Rights of Way and Village Greens - apply to register or upgrade the status of a public right of way or a village green. You may also apply to divert or extinguish an existing Public Right of Way.

Transport, roads and parking

• Road status and road adoption - make an enquiry about having a road adopted by the council
• Road signs - request a form for a non-standard road sign to go on a public highway

• Fault reporting - report a fault or obstruction on any council road. You will need an email address to complete an online report. If you do not have an email address please call 08458 247 800.
