Local Transport Plan
To achieve our
transport vision, Kent County Council has a plan called the Local
Transport Plan for Kent. The local transport plan tells the
people of Kent how we will work towards our transport vision over a
five year period using the funding that we receieve from
Government.
The Plan
The county council has recently adopted its third Local
Transport Plan which covers the period from 2011 to 2016.
The Plan builds on the success of Kent’s previous Local Transport Plans and will
help to deliver the regeneration of Kent as outlined in our 20
year transport delivery plan titled
