Report a highways fault online

We offer you the ability to report a highways fault and track an existing enquiry 24 hours a day. If you think that a situation may be an emergency, please call us immediately, 24 hours a day on 08458 247 800 to report it to us.

We are currently focussing all available highway maintenance resources on finding and fixing potholes on our roads. This may result in delays in attending to non-urgent maintenance issues such as kerbing, footways and verges.
