The second Local Transport Plan (LTP) for Kent (this link opens in a new window) has 11 appendices, listed below, which expand on the plan. Although primarily concerned with transport strategy and delivery in the five-year period from 2006-11, this LTP also provides a longer term transport vision for Kent set within the context of the wider planning and policy framework for the county, region and country.
