To ensure that the Kent Permit Scheme can be successfully implemented and ultimately achieve these objectives Kent County Council have made further amendments to the scheme following the second consultation. These changes are detailed within the document Kent Permit Scheme - Third Consultation document and have been sent to stakeholders for review and comment.
