If you have just received a diagnosis of dementia you may be asking yourself,'Where do I go from here?'. In this document we hope that you will find some answers to that question. It gives information about dementia and local services, advice on health and safety matters and guidance about how to manage problems and enjoy life. It was put together by a group of representatives of local organisations which provide services to people with dementia and their families. We call ourselves the Maidstone Dementia Services Group and you will find our names and telephone numbers throughout the document.
