How we manage flood risk now, and the decisions we make in this regard, will have far reaching consequences for the people of Kent. We have suggested small steps that can be taken to contribute to the overall reduction in flood risk and the better management of it. This Select Committee report was commissioned by the Environment and Regeneration Policy Overview Committee and was completed in November 2007.
