This is a work in progress scheme that describes the information
the council currently publishes on an organised basis. There is a
great deal of other information that is available on request or
distributed as necessary in connection with the development of
policy or the delivery of services.
The council is committed to open government and this document is
continually being updated as part of developing e-government. The
layout of the scheme follows the council's officer structure, which
comprises four directorates with two additional teams.
