The figures contained in this bulletin are those published by the Office for National Statistics on 21 August 2008. This release includes the publication of revised estimates for mid-2002 through to mid-2005 in addition to the publication of estimates for mid-2007 for the first time. More information on the revisions can be found within the bulletin.
