The Annual Housing Monitoring Reports for 2002/03 for the Kent County Council area and all 12 local authority district areas within Kent can be found below. Medway Council produces their own version of this report.

These reports have been monitored in relation to the policies contained in the Kent and Medway Structure Plan (adopted 1996), which has since been replaced with a new Plan adopted in July 2006.

Within these reports you will find information on the number of housing completions, rates of development and past, present and future land supply set against policy targets in the Kent and Medway Structure Plan.
