The Annual Commercial Land Monitoring reports for 2006/07 for the Kent County Council area and the 12 local authority district areas within Kent can be found below. Medway Council produces its own version of this report.

These reports have been monitored in relation to the Kent and Medway Structure Plan (Adopted 2006).

The Commercial Land Reports will help answer questions such as how much industrial and business floorspace has been built in the county during the past decade.
