This bulletin presents the number of benefit claimants in Kent as at February 2008. This is the number of people claiming a key Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) benefit which include; Income Support (IS)/ Pension Credit (PC), Incapacity Benefit (IB) and Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) to name but a few. As well as reporting on individual benefits this bulletin also provides a total count of the number of people claiming any DWP benefit.
