Kent County Council’s graduate programme has been carefully tailored to develop the successful applicants into local government leaders of the future. By joining us now, you could be helping shape public service delivery in years to come.

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 in related disciplines – creative, brave and talented people who are keen to challenge the status quo and push boundaries.

On our Graduate Programme, you can specialise in one of four streams: Management, Finance, Transport & Development or Environment. 

 

We are currently recruiting for the Transport and Development Stream .

Dates

We are recruiting during the following dates:

  • Finance Stream - closed
  • Management Stream - Monday 24th May to Friday 25th June
  • Environment Stream - Monday 7th June to Friday 2nd July
  • Transport and Development Stream - Monday 14th June to Friday 9th July
