  1. High Speed all day to Deal & Sandwich
  2. Reduced journey times from North Kent via Medway to Victoria & Cannon Street
  3. New City service all day on Maidstone East line to Blackfriars (Thameslink from 2018)
  4. Retain Cannon Street for Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells
  5. New direct service to Gatwick Airport
