This free event will also include everything from
healthcare seminars, celebrities, work and recruitment, holidays,
fitness, test driving handcycles, and lots more.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience sports such
as:
- football
- new age curling
- adaptive rowing
- archery
- sitting volleyball
- climbing (using a seven-metre-high wall)
Inspirational celebrities who have overcome various challenges
and have achieved amazing feats of endeavour, such as the 11 time
Paralympic winner Dame Tanni Grey Thompson, will also be attending.
Visitors will even have the chance to shoot some hoops in the
basketball demonstration alongside Olympic medallist, Ade
Adepitan.
The London Wheelchair Rugby Club will also be looking for new
players to form four new teams in the south of England.
Mike Bishop, Kent Sports Development Manager, said: "The show
gives us an excellent opportunity to showcase these sports to
disabled people and provide further information on where they can
continue participation."
The event will then come to a close with a spectacular fashion
show ranging from non-stop glamour to funky everyday fashion for
the whole family.
