Stories for children under five centred around a museum object, every last Wednesday of the month between 11.15 and 11.45am.

Teapots, Tape-measures and Toys

A new exhibition about collectors and their collections. Local people have lent their collections of mechanical toys, 1940's ties, sewing accessories and much more. There are craft activities and trails for children based on the exhibition.

Make a Mini Button Quilt

Thursday 17 May 2012, 10.30am - 4.00pm

Do you have a collection of buttons and beads at home? Do some of them hold memories? Come and make a hanging using them and other recycled materials. Completed quilts will be displayed in the museum. There will also be an opportunity to see the buttons in the museum collection. 

Advance booking is essential. Tickets are priced £5.00, available from Sevenoaks Library. You will be given a list of what you will need to bring with you when you book your ticket.
