
We welcome comments (positive or negative) and suggestions from
our customers and use them to help plan future
improvements.
If you wish to make a comment about our services you can do so
by:
- completing a customer comment card, available in all our
buildings and mobile libraries (you can either post it in the box
provided on the premises or send FREEPOST via Royal Mail)
- writing, telephoning or emailing our headquarters or a
specific library or archive centre
- submitting an online
feedback form
- you can also suggest items for addition to stock email libraries.youchoose@kent.gov.uk.
Comments will be forwarded to the appropriate member of staff.
We aim to provide an acknowledgement, giving details of who will
respond to your comments, within 3 working days and a full
response within 20 working days of receipt of your
correspondence.
