Talk Time

Talk timeTalk Time groups aim to bring people together, stimulate, reduce isolation and facilitate socialisation.

Most libraries host a weekly Talk Time group offering a variety of activities - using our services, speakers, quizzes, recreational activities or just tea and chat.

Though attendees tend to be older people all are welcome; there are also some ‘young mums’ and more specialist groups (for example the Nepalese Elders Meeting Point in Cheriton Library).
