Covering over 400,000 years of Kent’s history, these include prehistoric burial mounds, Roman villas, medieval castles and World War Two defences.

Record your finds on PAS

Every year people unearth thousands of objects from the past, which they take to Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) officers to verify and add to the national database.

We have produced a guide to help you do this yourself.
