Creative initiatives

Kent County Council works alongside our partners to support the creative sector in Kent. Through our support of, and involvement in, creative partnerships and initiatives like Media Tree and the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEiBA) we hope to play our part in developing a thriving creative community - and economy - across the county.

The Kent Film Office was proud to sponsor the Best Business from the Creative Industries category as part of the 2009 KEiBAs. Kent's Creative Industry plays an important part in bringing huge economic benefits to the county through employment, direct spend and training opportunities. We believe in promoting our creative businesses and the KEiBAs gives us a chance to celebrate those companies and toast to their future successes.
