Wye - North Downs Way circular walk

4.3 miles (6.9 km) with some steep slopes
This walk in the Wye Downs offer some of the most spectacular
viewpoints of Kent providing visitors with a true perspective of
Kent's rural lifestyle.

Many fascinating local features dot this beautiful landscape,
including Wye crown which was carved into the hillside by school
children in 1902 to mark the coronation of King Edward VII. Also,
the Devil's Kneading Trough, an impressive pereglacial coombe which
was formed during the last ice age.

Postcode starting point: TN25 5ES
Car: From A28 near Ashford, follow signs to
Wye.
Parking: There is a free car park in the
village near the church.
Bus: 652 (Canterbury-Ashford). 10 journeys.
