Shorne Woods Visitor Centre

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and accompanied by excellent food and drink Kent Country Parks can offer you the perfect setting for your group visit, party, business meeting or team building event.

Kent Country Parks has developed exciting outdoor birthday parties at our Lullingstone, Shorne Woods, Trosley and Brockhill Country Parks for children aged 4 to12 years old.

Our superb facilities at Shorne Woods County Park provide a unique atmosphere, and are perfect for every occasion.

Bring your team to a very different training day at one of our parks. Our trained education rangers can lead outdoor activities to help develop your team. This can be combined with excellent catering and use of an indoor meeting room.

Education at Canterbury

With education centres at Lullingstone and Shorne Woods, we offer a wide range of national curriculum-linked courses to suit educational groups of all ages and abilities.

Our Education Rangers are experienced, friendly leaders, and will help with your visit from your first enquiry through to the delivery of each session.

Dry Hill Local Nature Reserve is a Regionally Important Geological Site and materials to use there with a variety of ages from key stage 2 to key stage 4 have been created by Geoconservation UK.  They can be accessed through the Geoconservation website.
