Services we provide
Geocaching in Kent is a fun way to explore new locations like you never have before!
Kent is a great place to start geocaching. The rolling countryside, spectacular coast and ancient heritage sites are home to over 2000 caches, with more being added all the time.
With so many in the county there will be one hidden much closer than you expect. Why not download a geocaching Smartphone app and give it a go?
Explore Kent has also placed a number of its own caches throughout the county. You can see the complete list of Explore Kent caches by signing up free Basic Membership at geocaching.com then going to the Explore Kent cache page.
There is an exciting new set of caches spread across Kent, Pas de Calais in France and Westtoer in Belgium. The ‘Transmanche Treasures’ geocaches take you to a range of coastal locations across the three countries.
Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game that can be played by anyone with a GPS device or Smartphone. The idea is to locate containers hidden outdoors, called geocaches, or just ‘caches’, and then share your experiences online.
Geocaching is enjoyed worldwide by people from all age groups.
It’s always exciting discovering a cache which can often be hidden in a busy place without anyone else even knowing it is there..
