The sample evaluation form has been included to give you an idea of the kind of information we would ask of you once your project or activity is finished (should you be funded).  This is for your general information only and may be amended – you will of course be sent the up to date version at the appropriate time.  You will also be asked to complete budget spreadsheets similar to those in the application pack.

The guidance for applicants will assist you in completing your application, including additional information required for higher levels of funding.  If, however, there is anything that is not answered in these notes, please email us with your query.  We urge you to refer to this document before submitting your application.
