All items are stamped with the date they are due for
return. If you need to keep items for a longer time they can be
renewed online using your
library membership card number and PIN, as well as in person, by
telephone, by e-mail or by letter providing that no-one else has
requested the item.
(Note: PINs can be requested via email or telephone, but we
reserve the right to withhold the PIN if we are not satisfied that
the enquiry is from the card holder).
To avoid paying
overdue charges, items should be renewed on or before the due
date.
If renewing by telephone, e-mail or letter, please give your
borrower number (D0... shown above the barcode on your library
card) or the item number (C... on the barcode label inside the
front cover of the book).
Items will normally be renewed for a further full loan period
unless already reserved by another customer.
