Help us to help you graphic

We welcome comments (positive or negative) and suggestions from customers and use them in planning future improvements.

If you wish to make a comment about our services you can do so by:

  • completing a customer comment card, available in all our buildings and mobile libraries (you can either post it in the box provided on the premises or send FREEPOST via Royal Mail)
  • writing, telephoning or emailing our headquarters (see adjacent 'Contacts' box), a specific library or archive centre.
  • submitting an online feedback form.
  • you can also suggest items for addition to stock email libraries.youchoose@kent.gov.uk.

Comments will be forwarded to the appropriate member of staff. We will try to provide a full response within five working days of receipt of your correspondence, or an acknowledgement giving details of who will respond to your comments and by when.

Check out the yearly report about comments received and results of various user surveys.
