How do I get my PIN number?

In addition to your card number, your PIN is necessary for you to
reserve items, check your account and post reviews
online.
If you have forgotten it or - in the case of very longstanding
members - never been issued with a PIN, you can either
- ask the staff to print it for you the next time you are in a
library or;
- we can give it to you over the phone or email it. We must take
reasonable steps to ensure that we are giving the PIN to the owner
of the library card. So you will need to answer some questions e.g.
confirm your address, date of birth and the details of recently
borrowed items.
