Enjoy a relaxing walk in the
countryside and have fun with new friends by joining the
Branching Out mixed ability walking group.
The group organises accessible walks in a variety of countryside
locations across Kent.
The events usually take place on the first Thursday of every
month and new members are always welcome.
All of the sites and walks are chosen for their ease of access
and most locations also include accessible visitor facilities and
the chance to buy refreshments.

Belinda Davis, from the By All Means project, said: "We have had
some great fun out on the walks and are looking forward to meeting
lots of new members in the future.
"The walks are designed to offer accessible routes that all
abilities can enjoy, including access for pushchairs and wheelchair
users."
The Branching Out group was formed in 2006 by members of the
Maidstone Ramblers Group, Maidstone MIND, Maidstone MS Society,
Maidstone Club Connect; in association with the 'By All Means'
project.
