Archives and Records Association customer satisfaction survey

The Public Services Quality Group (PSQG) for archives and local studies, which is part of the Archives and Records Association (ARA), conducts a survey of visitors to UK archives every 18 months.  We take part in the survey to understand customers’ thoughts and to help shape the service with customer feedback. PSQG also benchmarks the results across all archive services who take part in the survey.  Read the results of the 2016 survey.
