 Kent Supported Employment is an established
service that operates exclusively within Kent. It aims to
ensure that disadvantaged people are proportionately
represented in the workforce. We have almost 15 years
experience within the field of Supported Employment and bring
a wealth of specialist knowledge, skills and experience.
Our Mission Statement
Kent Supported Employment aims to ensure disadvantaged people
are proportionately represented in the work force in Kent.
We work with local
employers,
voluntary organisations and training providers to enable equal
access for disadvantaged people into employment
opportunities.
We provide ongoing support, tailored to individual need, to ensure
people succeed.
Pathways to Work Programme
We are very pleased to let you know that we have been chosen to
work with RBLI Employment Solutions to provide Pathways to Work in
Kent. This is a tremendous acknowledgement of the work of KSE over
the years, and will ensure we can help more people into sustained
employment. We are looking forward to working with RBLI especially
given that we know that ethical delivery will be a priority, the
individual will be central to the method of delivery, and there is
a commitment to work with those who are furthest away from being
engaged in the labour market.
We will act as sub-contractor, providing the full end-to-end
Pathways service. As part of the overall provision, we will also
provide specialist provision supporting people with learning
disabilities into employment. We are hoping to work with1,500 over
a three year period.
