What is Kent apprenticeships?

Apprenticeship zone banner and apprentices

Kent apprenticeships is a joint partnership between Kent County Council, The National Apprenticeships Service (NAS), The Kent Association of Training Organisations (KATO) and Kent Association of Further Education Colleges (KAFEC).

Our aim is to promote the benefits of apprenticeships and help employers overcome the barriers of recruiting apprentices.

KCC will provide one to one support for employers, guiding them through the process, providing draft contracts and facilitating the relationship with the training provider.

Through Kent apprenticeships we promote the benefits of apprenticeships to employers, for example through our presence at Kent 2020, or our sponsorship of a KEiBA award for Kent Apprenticeship of the Year.
