The Adult Social Care and Health Directorate

This directorate enables our residents to access advice, information and services they need to stay healthy and make the most of life in our county.  We support people with particular needs to live as independently as possible in their local communities. As the statutory Director of Adult Social Services you will play a lead role on the modernisation and integration of health and social care services in Kent as well as input into the Sustainability and Transformation Plan for Kent and Medway.

We are open as to your background, experience and sector but will look for an outstanding track record of success in service delivery, strong change management skills and inspirational leadership.
