Reward strategy

We have developed a reward strategy to help us meet and
exceed national and local strategies for pay and
benefits.
The reward strategy :
- provides a flexible and responsive job grading scheme
- recognises individuals' total contribution through pay
- gives managers the tools to recruit, retain and reward the
contribution of individuals
Our reward strategy gives us the flexibility to reward our staff
for their hard work in many ways, from one-off cash payments to
quality service awards and a new pay progression structure that
allows staff greater opportunity to advance.
Our innovative policies in areas such as flexible working and
buying and selling annual leave, and we continue to expand and
adapt our benefits to meet the changing needs of our
