How is the KGP structured?
|
The Kent Graduate Programme - Management Stream is
designed to give a wide understanding of the work and role of KCC
and to develop future managers who are versatile, adaptable, and
possess a broad understanding of the organisation.
You will undertake six-month developmental placements in any
four of the five directorates that make up KCC, over two years.
The specific role that you will take during these placements
depends upon the individual placement. However each placement will
be selected to challenge you and to meet your specific
developmental needs. These roles often involve you working on very
high profile projects.
Previous projects on which KGP trainees have worked include: the
climate change select committee report, Kent Film Office and the
KCC Telehealth scheme. |
