The aim of the Kent Graduate Programme - Management Stream is to develop future management potential, and a great deal of training is provided to help KGP trainees maximise that potential.

While previous experience and training can be an advantage, trainees are selected according to the core skills and aptitudes that they demonstrate during the recruitment process.

Previous KGP trainees have successfully joined the scheme from a variety of backgrounds and degree disciplines.
