Making your views count

We want to hear from you about what opportunities you think there are to improve access, care and the range of services available for local people.

We’re particularly keen to hear from patients, people who receive health services at home or in the community and health professionals about what works well, what could be improved and and how we can join up health and social care to make life easier for patients.
