Kent Joint Municipal Waste Management Strategy
The Joint Municipal Waste Management Strategy has been developed
by the partner local authorities that comprise the Kent Waste
Partnership.
These are the district/borough councils of Ashford, Canterbury,
Dartford, Dover, Gravesham, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Shepway, Swale,
Thanet, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells, as well as
Kent County Council, which has responsibility for disposing of
municipal waste.
The purpose of the strategy is to set out how the Kent Waste
Partnership intends to manage municipal solid waste arising over
the next 20 years.
